Abstract

|
The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of Soyosankagam Water Extract(SYSKE) on the analgesic, anti-inflammatory action and the proliferation of human female cancer cells. SYSKE inhibited the writhing syndrome induced by acetic aci, the cotton pellet granuloma formation and the mouse paw edema induced by histamine. But SYSKE did not inhibit the permeability of evans blue into peritoneal cavity. SYSKE did not affect the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells. SYSKE did not affect the proliferation of HeLa. SK-0V3 and MCF-7 cells.
These results suggest that SYSKE has the analgesic action and the anti-inflammatory action.
